ICC Confirms Schedule for 2025 Women’s ODI World Cup

The full schedule for the 2025 ICC Women’s ODI World Cup, to be held in India and Sri Lanka between September 30 and November 2, has been officially published by the ICC.

Eight teams will participate in the 13th edition of the ICC Women’s ODI World Cup, scheduled from September 30 to November 2, 2025, and co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka—the first co-hosted edition since 1993. The tournament will follow a round-robin format with 28 league matches, followed by semi-finals on October 29 and 30, and the final on November 2. The opening match features India vs Sri Lanka in Bengaluru, while defending champions Australia face New Zealand in a Trans-Tasman clash the next day. Pakistan will play all matches in Colombo due to political reasons. With top teams like Australia, India, England, and New Zealand competing, this edition promises to be one of the most competitive in history.
