Airblue has announced a walk-in recruitment drive for female cabin crew candidates in Islamabad, offering an opportunity for eligible applicants to join the airline.
According to the airline’s announcement, interviews will be held on October 16, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at IFQ Hotel, Iris Hall, Islamabad. Successful candidates will be based in Islamabad.
Eligibility Criteria for Airblue Cabin Crew Jobs
Applicants must meet the following requirements to qualify for the recruitment process:
- Gender: Female
- Age: 18 to 28 years
- Minimum height: 5 feet 2 inches (158 cm)
- Weight: Must fall within the appropriate BMI range
- Education: Intermediate or equivalent qualification with at least 60% marks
Candidates should ensure they meet all the eligibility requirements before attending the interview.
Documents Required for the Interview
Applicants must bring the following documents to the recruitment venue:
- CNIC
- Two passport-size photographs
- Passport
- Matriculation certificate
- Intermediate or equivalent qualification certificate
The airline has instructed applicants to bring academic certificates verified by the relevant education board.
Important Instructions for Applicants
Airblue has encouraged eligible candidates from nearby areas to participate in the walk-in interviews. However, candidates enrolled in regular degree programs or attending regular classes will not be eligible for these positions.
The airline has also clarified that the selected cabin crew members will be based in Islamabad.
Applicants should note that no travel allowance (TA) or daily allowance (DA) will be provided for attending the recruitment process.
