In light of shifts in global oil prices, the departing caretaker administration has opted to increase the price of petrol by Rs4.13 per liter for the upcoming fortnight. As indicated in an official notification from the Finance Division, the revised rate now stands at Rs279.75 per liter, effective until March 15th.
In accordance with the announcement from the Finance Division, there has been no alteration in the price of high-speed diesel, maintaining its rate at Rs287.33 per liter. Petroleum product prices in Pakistan undergo revision every 15 days.
