The National Job Portal (NJP) has received 7.1 million job applications from people seeking employment, while more than 1,200 job advertisements have been posted on the government’s digital recruitment platform.
According to official government data, the portal has attracted 27.566 million unique visitors, while 1.562 million candidates have registered accounts.
The platform has also received 1,562,595 CVs/resumes from applicants. Meanwhile, 185 employers are registered on the portal to post vacancies and recruit candidates.
The data further shows that 22,999 vacancies have been archived on the NJP.
Developed by the National Information Technology Board (NITB), the National Job Portal is a federal government initiative aimed at bringing public-sector job opportunities together on one online platform.
The portal allows government departments and organizations to publish vacancies and receive applications online. Job seekers can use the platform to search and apply for jobs across different ministries and government departments.
