Zelensky visited the Netherlands to discuss the delivery of F-16 fighter jets. The Netherlands will provide 42 F-16 fighter planes. 42 F-16 jets will be provided to Ukraine after training is complete.
The F-16 fighter has already landed at Ukrainian airfields – Air Force Commander Oleschuk . “The F-16 aircraft was in Ukraine. It landed at our airfields, we conducted joint training with F-16 pilots, and we have experience in operating, respectively, the F-16 aircraft. I think this is significant.” According to him, Ukraine is currently preparing runways. “We are carrying out appropriate reconstruction, we are improving the surface, improving the infrastructure of the airfields, we are building new defense structures,” the commander said.
